Privacy Policy

UNIS.J Inc. collects the minimum personal data needed to answer an enquiry. This page sets out how that data is handled.

1. What we collect

Contact form: name, email address, subject, message.
Automatic collection: none. We use no visitor analytics, tracking tools or advertising identifiers.
The map on the contact page loads only after you choose to load it; doing so sends your IP address and connection data to Google LLC.

2. Why we collect it

To read and reply to your enquiry.
To carry on technical or partnership discussions.
We do not use the data for any other purpose and do not share it with third parties without your separate consent.

3. How long we keep it

One year from the date the enquiry is closed, after which it is deleted without delay.
Where a law requires longer retention, we keep the data for the period that law specifies.

4. Processors and international transfer

Processor: Resend, Inc. (United States)
Purpose: delivering the enquiry by email
Data transferred: name, email address, subject, message
Country, timing and method: United States, at the moment you submit the form, over the network
Retention: until the delivery purpose is fulfilled
You may refuse this transfer; in that case, email hjyoun@unisj.com directly instead of using the form.

5. Your rights

You may ask at any time to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal data.
Send the request by email to the privacy officer below; we act on it without delay.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14.

6. Deletion

Personal data is deleted without delay once the retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled.
Electronic files are erased irrecoverably; any printed copy is shredded or incinerated.

7. Safeguards

Access to personal data is limited to the smallest number of people who need it.
Data in transit is protected with encrypted connections (HTTPS).
The contact form applies bot protection and request rate limiting.
